Our room was great and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was good! The best part of our stay was the young lady at the front desk on the morning when we were checking out. Vanessa was a breath of fresh air and we could tell that she loves helping people, no matter the situation! I left my favorite earrings I've had for 20 years in my room, but didn't realize it until 2 days later when i got home. I called the hotel and Vanessa answered! She remembered me. She said they had the earrings and that she would mail them to me (at my cost)! I really appreciate the housekeeper and Vanessa for their integrity and helpfulness!! Thank you, ladies!!

Room OK except salad from previous visitor left in the refrigerator. My daughter used the pool & hot tub with my granddaughter. She said the pool needed cleaning (bit of algae growing on bottom?) also hot tub. Staff was great. I left clothes in closet which the desk clerk will send to me by UPS>

We booked this for graduation weekend and should’ve requested a second floor room. Lots of noise from the upstairs all night. The pillows are not even a standard size, and since it was fully booked for graduation, there weren’t any extras.
