If you're looking for a no-frills motel, this will do. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Room was clean. An attempt to modernize bathroom was a slight miss but it was reasonably clean.

Friendly staff for the win.

Stayed for state wrestling for 2 days. The rooms were economical and as expected. The one issue in both rooms were noisy exhaust vents. 1 room had a very slow bath drain and a phone jack box hanging off the wall. Overall the price was reasonable considering all other hotels were double the price. I would definitely stay again as the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful staff especially the gentleman who handled the breakfast for us. He gave us personalized attention which was above and beyond what we were expecting. The property is old and it needs a renovation but it’s clean, well priced and very conveniently located right off of I-70.

Ok for one night. Room had little lighting. There was water on the floor below the AC/Heater. Breakfast eggs were cold. Debris including an old contact lens on the ground by the bed. Large gaps in the door allowed lots of sound in from the hallway Overall just a bit run down hotel. It was not expensive, but still not worth the price paid.

Pet friendly

Even though we checked in close to midnight the front desk staff were friendly. Loved that the floors were not carpeted since it is a pet friendly place. Our pup had no issues. Breakfast was fine nothing crazy but did the job. Would recommend this hotel for pets, and as a budget friendly clean option.
