Bed and pillows stink. The room strong odor of marijuana. The bathroom has moisture stains and smells like used toilet. The heater did not work. The carpet has stains all over the place. I paid almost $200 for one night and it look and feel like homeless shelter.

Not sure about the other rooms but mine had the air conditioning set to ECO MODE and that is disruptive when sleeping… the inconsistency in the air flow would wake me up when it would shut off or turn back on. Sometimes it would not turn on until it got hotter in the room…did not get great sleep. Overall, the hotel is just okay in a great location with friendly staff. Just the A/C needs to be turned off ECO mode to better sleep for visitors.

Room was clean except Red/brown drips on wall. Housekeeping cleaned immediately. Coffee maker didn’t work, fortunately we were close enough to lobby to get some. A little pricey for size of room (very small). Could use some updates. Overall it wasn’t too bad.

Honestly we had to ask for towels for the room twice because there were only two and there were four of us staying. We had to walk down to the desk to get them because even after asking twice we didn’t get them. No one answered the phone at the front desk and when I walked down there were two workers standing there. At 3 am we were woken up to people partying in the hallway and very loud. The shower curtain was dirty. We had to ask the maid for more toilet paper because there was barely any in our room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy and very old. We would not stay here again.
