Great Location to Deer Valley

The home is very clean and perfect for a group of 6 adults and a few small children. A great location to Deer Valley East Village expansion for next season, less than 10 min drive.Great WIFi also

Good value

We stayed for 5 weeks in summer, 2024. The house is new and everything (other than some internet issues which were resolved) was in good working order. Pros: 1) Much cheaper than Park City 2) Convenient location (drive not more than 20 minutes to anything in the area) 3) Quiet, friendly neighborhood (other than ongoing construction) 4) Comfortable well-equipped kitchen 5) A/C good 6) View -- sort of good (though obstructed by other houses) 7) Comfortable beds, pillow Cons: 1) Construction in neighborhood -- likely to go on for years as they keep adding more townhomes (but quiet after 5 PM) 2) View is obstructed -- what a shame 3) A/C when on main level makes the lower level too cold (need another zone) 4) Insulation between levels is poor -- anyone on lower level (2 guest rooms) hears everything above Overall, though -- good value -- highly recommended -- and thank you to the owners for the nice wine gift.
