The villa is spacious and stylishly furnished, with large windows that provide plenty of light and a beautiful view over the inner harbour. Here you experience the water up close, whilst still enjoying peace and privacy thanks to the spacious layout of the park and the waterside location.



The comfortable living room features a spacious seating area, flat-screen TV and an atmospheric dining corner. Through the sliding doors you step directly onto the covered terrace, furnished with luxury garden furniture. A wonderful place for a relaxed breakfast, a good glass of wine at sunset or a long evening outside by the water.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality built-in appliances, including a Quooker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and combination microwave. Everything is available to cook together or enjoy an elaborate meal.



The villa has four comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a luxury bedroom with television and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and sink. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which have television.
