I missed breakfast because I thought it ended at 10 am. I was surprised that I was unable to catch the Sunday night NFL game on the TV. Why do you have the phone in the living room instead of near the bed? Otherwise excellent and no complaints.

This is my third time with Sonesta Es Suites Dulles Airport. From checking in to checking out, everything was smooth. The place is always clean, has enough towels, basically all the simple stuff you need to make you comfortable. When I was about to checkout, I went to put my bags in my car and was locked out of the room. The manager (with white hair - forgot his name) immediately provided me another key so I can grab the rest of my bags with no issue and even asked me if I wanted a ride to the airport. Thank you team. Your customer service is impeccable. I would definitely come back again!

This property has a problem of sanitation as a result of that during our stay we were exposed to Flies and unsanitary room. In the kitchen area there was human hair as well as animal fur. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE. The front desk was helpful but The managment ignored my concern!!

Not as good as it's been in the past.

We didn't have dish soap or a sponge. I walked down to the desk, and they told me all of the kitchen stuff was locked up.
