The studio is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2024, and is furnished in a rustic and functional style. The property is situated in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. Available for use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. The balcony has no direct access from the studio apartment.

Hévíz. The studio is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.
