Perfect home for small group

We stayed here for 3 nights and the place had everything we needed and more. Everything is new and really nice. The host was great. I would recommend staying here. The neighborhood was really nice too. Calm and quiet. Really close to downtown, maybe about a half mile or so

The details in this house are everything! Loved the little surprises we found throughout, including in the closets. We were in town for a wedding a the Social Grace was perfect.

We needed access to Stephenville, but I just adore hico This house was perfectly located and just as described online. Really adorable. Cold AC, hot water and comfortable bed was all required and we got it!
