Whether you are drinking coffee and admiring the morning sunrise from a front porch rocker, or grilling on the deck and watching a spectacular sunset, this is the place for you. The Britton House features a great room with spectacular views where you can sit by the fire, read a book, or work on a puzzle. And if you want to be connected to the outside world, we have Internet and three cable TVs. The master bedroom (King) has unimpeded views of the Blue Ridge mountains. The guest room features 2 Twin beds and a pac-n-play portable bed for a baby. You'll love the rhododendron and wildflowers in the Summer and gorgeous leaves in Autumn. 
The Britton House is an easy 10- to 15-minute walk into town, where you can enjoy lovely boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants.
There are plenty of hiking trails nearby, as well as fishing, white-water rafting, and panning for gems. Come, escape the heat, and revel in the beauty of the Blue Ridge.

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
