Loft bedroom is a low ceiling and good for agile adults or young adults over 14. There is also a sofa sleeper on the main floor. This charming retreat is perfect for two couples or parents with young adult children. The bathroom is equipped with a full size shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. The property also offers amenities such as full kitchen, AC, WiFi, apartment size washer and dryer. Enjoy the night time sky, star gazing in the hot tub or on the outdoor sitting area. Wonderful experience

Amazing refresh!

We were blown away by the amount of small details on this property! The fresh air and hottub under the stars was just what we needed! The interior is beautifully decorated and clean the appliances were top notch, everything was labeled clearly and easy to find. They provided coffee creamer sugar, soap towels, granola bars, pop tarts, a candy dish. It was really lovely and we will be staying again!

Superb stay!!

I just arrived back home today from spending five nights at this property, in literally a perfect location in the central Black Hills. Spotless, cozy, and fully furnished with everything you could possibly imagine. Great deck, great views, the hot tub every evening on the deck. Close to everything! Jim was fantastic to work with, just a great host! I will most definitely be staying here again. If you want to stay in the central Black Hills, Hill City is the place to stay, and this property is just fantastic. Highly, highly recommend, and just a superb value!.

Black Hills get away

My wife and I spent 3 wonderful nights in the Hills. The accommodations were perfect for us. Site seeing by day and enjoying the hot tub and star gazing in the evenings. Jim was an excellent host and was there to greet us when we arrived. The tiny house was cozy, clean and fully equipped for our stay. The location just above Hill City was perfect spot to get to all the areas of the Black Hills. We would definitely return.

This cabin was a very nice place to call home during the week we explored the Black Hills area. The cabin is cozy and suited our needs very well. My husband and I plus our 13 y.o. son were very comfortable. The hot tub came in very handy after days of hiking and exploring. The hosts pay very nice attention to details.
