The house is very nice! 3 living rooms! The smallest has a pull out couch & French doors. (Maybe add drapes). Six of the 7 bedrooms are a bit small, but having 7 of them is great! The pool was a real hit and it mostly is in the shade, which was a great asset. The walk to the beach is easy to do except for walking along the busy road. Going behind the neighboring house was doable. July was so very hot but twilight was cooler & still magical. The AC needed work & 3 doors had broken locks but very quickly they were repaired. There was a beach towel in each bedroom. There are 4 wagons in the large, garage & basement. 4 bikes too. The laundry room is very tiny. Inside very clean. Sweeping tree pods, etc. not swept. The pool was cleaned on Wednesday. Dogs are welcome. No fences though. We stayed at a house near here in 2021.The cost is high. I imagine all are rising. You’ll need soap, laundry supplies, a cutting board, beach towels, & chairs for the beach. A good number of chairs were around the pool. Oddly the pull out couch didn’t have sheets or pillow cases. There are a number of steps at the front of the house, but there is a back door, a doable walk on the sides of the house to a back door, no steps, carpeted steps to the 1st floor. These are things to be aware of, but again, the house is great in spite of some needed touch ups. There were 16 of us from ages 8 to 77! We had a fantastic time!!!

Family vacation

The pool did have a significant number of leaves in it when we arrived. After being there a week, we realized the pool is cleaned on Wednesday and Friday. It would be best to clean it on Saturday so that the newly arriving group has a better perception.

Great house but ….

This was a wonderful house. Lots of bedrooms, great, well stocked kitchen and plenty of living space. We were there with 6 adults and 4 small children and our two dogs. Loved that we were able to bring our fur babies! No elevator and lots of stairs - which we were okay with, however there were a couple of big issues with this property. First off, and this is a biggie, the only access to the beach is going out onto the road in front of the house and then walk to the side street. The portion on the road is not long at all but it is so dangerous when cars fly by you. There is very little grass on the side so you are forced to walk in the road. Our kids did cut through the backyards of some of the houses but were yelled at by the residents. Second biggie was the pool, it was always full of leaves and so cold we couldn’t really use it. There was a heater on the spa but I guess once in season the pool heater is not an option. We love to jump into the pool after the beach and we absolutely couldn’t at this house. The beach itself was beautiful and not crowded at all! We had issues with the ice maker and the property managers were quick to bring us ice but just know the ice maker does work well enough for a large group. If you have a house that large - it really needs a separate ice maker. Same for the washer and dryer. Quite small for the size of the house. Overall, we made do but will not rent this house again and do not recommend it if you have small children.

Pool , internet and king suit bathroom

Pool was dirty when we arrived, pool did get cleaned but did not stay clean long because of leaves. Internet did not work well upstairs. The king suit upstairs shower did not work properly. Overall a nice place to spend time with family.

The house more than met our needs for the week! The Vacation Company responded quickly to address concerns. I would recommend this home for location, amenities and overall space to enjoy with family and friends. Thank you for a great week!

Great house poor service

Have rented through vacation company before. This is a great house in a very good location. However we had a pipe break in backyard which caused water to be shut off for 3 hours to house and caused mud to flow into pool. We had no internet or tv for 4 days. Property manager responded promptly but apparently nothing could be done. When I called at end of stay to voice that I felt our expectations were not met, they apologized and said someone would call me right back. That never happened. Very disappointed and won’t use Vacation Company again.

Great vacation home

The house worked great for a family vacation get away. Close to the beach and Caligny. Really nice public tennis courts a bike ride away. Pool and hottub were great.

Amazing beachside house but needs some TLC

We had a great stay and beach vacation. The location is amazing - private access to the beach is just minutes away. The pool was cleaned for our arrival and once during our stay, and it is very serene in the backyard. Our only complaint was the bugs. We cleaned up constantly but the ants kept appearing in the kitchen, even all over clean drying dishes. We saw lots of cockroaches, mosquitos, worms in the house. It needs a real deep clean and TLC to rid of all of the creatures. Other than that, we had a good stay and would consider this location again (but not the same house).

Pretty clean inside, very dirty outside!

Inside the of house was pretty nice. There was an issue with one of the jacuzzi tub jets not working, they didn't have a mop so I had to go buy one & the outside pool area was filthy! There is broken tile around the hot tub that could hurt you. The pictures are deceiving because the outside pool area doesn't look like the pictures.

House needs a lot of TLC.

We had a great time on our vacay. Walk to the beach was good, house was roomy, although twin with trundle only slept 3 instead of four. Trundle not a double. The house looked far better in pictures...it needs some paint, new kitchen cabinet fronts, and a deep cleaning. Freezer had somethng smeared on wire rack, I think ice cream. Fans had dusk on them that had been there awhile. VC had offered to come down and clean them, I refused since we had already moved in & had our stuff everywhere. All in all, would have felt better with todays situation if house would have been cleaned better. Pool had mold on the decking and bottom needs resurfacing. Had issue with bugs and air conditioner leak, but Vacation Company attended to both issues promptly. This is a great house, and I would rent it again if someone would just give it some TLC. Ashame to have this house neglected.

Amazing trip

We had an amazing trip. The property was as described and the manager was prompt with taking care of concerns. You cannot beat this location. The amnesties were nice to have, especially the bikes and pool. According to the manager the pool is going to be resurfaced which will improve the look.

Great vacation stay! Can’t wait til next year

There were 16 of us - 8 adults, 6 teens, and two kids. The house handled us all very well. Room for everyone without any pain! The only negative about the place was there was only 1 refrigerator for 16 people and it has a lousy ice maker. We had taken an ice maker, but without that there would not have been enough ever. The house is large . There should be at least another fridge. We had coolers all over the place holding food & drinks. But if that’s all there is to complain about, it’s pretty good!! Go and enjoy!! Oh yeah, the laundry room and appliances will only accommodate a I bedroom condo. That’s surprising too.
