110 Shorewoodissa on patio, jossa on oma portaikko alaspäin sisäpihalle ja merelle! Olohuoneessa on suuret ikkunat, jotka päästävät paljon luonnonvaloa ja joissa on 32 tuuman taulutelevisio. Keittiö on täysin varustettu ja se kulkee ruokailutilaan.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, huonekalut, TV, oma kylpyhuone ja patio. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja pääsy eteisen kylpyhuoneeseen. Molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa on amme / suihku. 110 Shorewoodissa on myös täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja.

South Forest Beach on yksi parhaista paikoista jäädä Hilton Head Islandiin. Kauniisti maisemoitu monimutkainen Shorewood on Ocean Front allas kylpyhuoneet lähellä. Myös nuorten lastenallas on mahdollista pelata. Vieraat nauttivat siitä, että Shorewood sijaitsee hyvin lähellä hyviä ostos-, ruokailu- ja viihdealueita Hilton Head Islandissa.

Tämä huvila sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Coligny Beach. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

HHI Spring Break

Beach Properties did a great job communicating and checking in. The Condo itself leaves some things to be desired. The TVs are smaller than computer monitors; the bathrooms are incredibly outdated and barely generate hot water for a shower or bath; the washing machining is 2-3X bigger than the dryer so doing laundry is somewhat a time suck.

Wonderful trip to HH

We loved staying at Shorewood! I’ve been coming to Hilton Head my whole life and have never stayed here before. It was great proximity to the beach with also wonderful pool access. We were traveling with little ones and the pool was a big hit while being completely safe. Our specific unit could’ve used more bowls, but overall we had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, this unit is so-so.

This was our 3rd visit staying at the Shorewood property on Hilton Head. Location is excellent - ocean front, short walk to Coligny restaurants and shops, nice condo complex with a great pool, most units face the ocean. But unfortunately, the unit we previously stayed at was not available. This unit leaves much to be desired: - Thermostat was essentially non-functional, as the temperature swing was 6+ degrees. AC had to be effectively manually controlled. Turn it on when it got hot, off when it was cold. - Sheets were super-cheap. Like noisy-polyester cheap. Bed in master was uncomfortable. They added a mattress topper, but it didn't compensate for the sagging mattress. - Kitchen was poorly equipped. One small (10") fry pan and one large (6 qt) pot. We eat out for dinners, but like to eat breakfast/lunch in. This made it challenging to prepare food for a family of 4. - Overall, dated and low-quality feel. Poor/moldy caulking and rusty shower curtain rods in bathrooms, 70's era cabinets and countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, old noisy vent fans in bathrooms that don't actually seem to vent the steam, Pergo flooring throughout that was not well installed. - 32" TV in the living room. Come on! You can get a 50" TV now for a few hundred bucks. I wanted to what the Olympics when we were there, but huddling around a 32" TV felt like the 70's again. These condos are worth a lot - spend a little and improve it! I would not stay in this unit again, unless it was the only one available.

Location was awesome!

Loved the location, steps from pool and beach. The first floor patio was nice with all of our beach stuff and toddler! As a few reviews have stated, the property was pretty clean but not the most clean I’ve experienced with a beach condo. I came prepared with some Clorox spray. We felt the floors were eternally sandy, even from check in. Yes it’s by the beach but still. Overall, I do think I would recommend this property. Check in was very easy and smooth. We didn’t have any issues with rental company.

Great Location

Advantages of this property can be boiled down to location, location, location. Immediate beach access (including a patio that provides easy access); full, unobstructed waterfront view; nice pool and hot tub in complex; convenience to shops and restaurants. The unit itself also had a comfortable bed, great water pressure, and an in-unit washer and dryer. If this is all you care about, you can stop reading. Otherwise, the condo was dirty and dated. We spent three hours sweeping, mopping, running dishes through the dishwasher, and airing out the unit. Crumbs were in the kitchen drawers, some flatware was noticeably dirty, and we swept up about a dustpan full of dirt from the floors (along with a cup lid and random Cheerios). After contacting the management company and sending photos, they did reimburse our cleaning fee, but it’s not how we wanted to spend our vacation time. Now that they have been notified, hopefully the management company will ensure this doesn’t happen to other guests. Bottom line: if the unit is properly cleaned and location and development amenities outweigh dated finishes for you, I would recommend.

Nice rental!

Overall this is a great oceanfront unit and we would certainly consider it on a return trip to HHI. It is nicely furnished and comfortable inside and out. It could use a few updates, but nothing that will affect your stay. It was super clean except for the hall bathtub that was still very sandy. The entry key pad was not working when we arrived, but it was resolved. The complex is gated and nicely maintained. The huge pool, hot tub and beach access were fantastic!! This is truly the cleanest pool we have ever seen. If you are “pool people” stay here:)

We had a great stay! Clean and comfortable. The walk-out from the porch to the beach was amazing. No high-end finishes, but you don’t need those when you have the beach! We miss the amazing water pressure!
