Look for the custom metal emblems outside each door, settle into your element, and let the island work its magic.

 

The space

The home's four themed bedrooms are the heart of the experience - each one thoughtfully designed around one of the natural elements to create a calming, immersive environment for guests of all ages. Beyond the bedrooms, the living areas are just as inviting: relaxed, comfortable, and designed for the kind of easy togetherness that defines a great beach vacation. A dedicated workspace is available if you need it, and the smart lock makes arrival completely hassle-free.

 

Private heated pool

Brand new as of April 2026, the private heated pool transforms the backyard into a true oasis. Swim in the morning before the beach crowds build, or stay in after sunset - the heated water means the pool is yours to enjoy no matter the time of day or the weather. This is a rare addition for a Sea Pines home at this price point, and photos are coming soon.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 11 guests across four bedrooms. bedroom 1 offers a king bed, Bedroom 2 offers two queen beds, Bedroom 3 has one queen bed and one single bed, and Bedroom 4 features a king bed. Each room comes fully made up with bed linens and essentials.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen has been outfitted with brand-new appliances and everything you need to cook comfortably - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics. Start mornings your way with both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. The BBQ grill on the patio is ready for evenings when fresh seafood and open air are all you need. If you'd rather skip the grocery run, the concierge service can stock the kitchen with everything from coffee pods and snacks to full grocery orders - available for an additional charge.

 

Getting to the beach & around the island

Step off the back patio, head toward the trees, find the sand dollar, and you're directly on the bike path - a 7 to 8 minute stroll brings you to the beach. Beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach essentials are all provided so you can head straight to the sand. Bike rentals can be arranged through Peddling Pelican for a smooth, no-hassle way to explore the island's trails. Sea Pines itself offers championship golf, tennis, natural beaches, and biking trails - all within reach.

 

Practical details

The home is single-level with no stairs, making it easy to navigate for all guests. A washer and dryer are on-site, along with a full set of towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, and both a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm are in place.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

Guest Access:

Access codes are provided just prior to your arrival and auto-generated for each booking. You can also find your code in our Guest App. Keyless entry, no contact check-in and checkout.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
