2313 Windsor II is the ultimate Palmetto Dunes Vacation Rental. It is located on the third floor of a 5 story building and offers wonderful ocean views from most rooms.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has been completely updated with a fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, new plank-style floors and granite countertops with a breakfast bar for 3. There is a new wood dining table with five chairs and bench seating to accommodate 8 guests. The living room offers a 42" SMART TV, Blu Ray player, comfortable couch, oversize chair and sliding door to the private 3rd floor balcony.

The guest bedroom is off the living area to the left and has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, new flooring, 40" SMART TV, balcony access and a private bathroom featuring granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and tiled shower/jetted tub. The master suite is off the living area to the right, and has new flooring, king sized bed, 40" SMART TV and a private bath with granite countertops, custom cabinets, and spacious tiled Master shower with two shower heads and a seat.

Beautiful sunrises can be seen from the balcony of this lovely villa. There is also a new Twin Aero bed available for additional guest use.
