3431 Villamare is a modern, airy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with beautiful ocean views. This villa has a fresh coat of paint, has new shower heads, and new deck furniture.

This villa has great room separation and is broken into two halves from the foyer. To the right of the entrance is the spacious, open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen has Travertine countertops and stainless-steel appliances including a flat top stove. Behind the closet doors is the front-loading washer and dryer with nice wooden shelves to fold your laundry on. The dining room has a glass table with six rattan chairs. In the living room you have a wall of windows with absolutely stunning ocean views, a white sofa, large ottoman and two Barcelona leather chairs plus a mounted 50” Samsung TV. Through the sliding glass doors is access to the covered balcony where there are two chairs to relax with a beverage or maybe a book. Behind the French doors is the master suite that has a king bed, accent chair and 43” mounted TV. There is access to the covered balcony from this room as well. The master bath has a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower with new tile.

The large guest bedroom is to the left of the entrance and features two double beds, a decorative glass table with two chairs and a mounted 42” TV. This room has access to a private covered balcony with two chairs for relaxing and taking in the ocean sights and sounds!

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking. Plus Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants and shops.
