Oceanfrontin ylimmän kerroksen yksikkö, joka uudistettiin kokonaan toukokuussa 2016. KAIKKI on uusi - kruunumuotti, uusi keittiö ruostumattomilla laitteilla, uusi kylpyhuone, jossa on uusi kylpyamme / laatta suihkussa ja lattialla, uudet makuuhuoneen kalusteet, queen-patja, vuodevaatteet ja paljon muuta !. Tämä on lopullinen yksikkö ja hyvin yksityinen. Katso auringonnousua omalta parvekkeeltasi ja oleskelualueelta. Myös parveke ja yksikkö on varjostettu iltapäivällä, joten erittäin mukava istua ulkona iltaisin cocktaileja. Kaikki on uutta. Uusi peilattu seinä olohuoneessa saa sinut ajattelemaan, että valtameri on ympärilläsi. Parvekkeelta peräisin oleva merituuli on hämmästyttävä, eikä kannen tuulettimella ole tarvetta. Kävelymatkan päässä Hilton Headin sydämestä, Coligny.

Uudet ruostumattomat laitteet, uusi sohva, tuoli ja pöytä, jossa on tuolit, uusi kansiravintola pöytä ja tuolit, jotka on valmistettu teräsmateriaalista, on vain kaunis ja täydellinen näköala rannalle.

Beautiful Unit with a Beautiful View!

My family of 5 loved the views and decor this property offered! Just as pictured in listing. The host was quick to respond anytime we had a question or concern. The only hang up about this property is the heat in the bedroom at night. (This is a layout issue that many properties in this community share.) Unfortunately, the fans provided (and those we brought with us) only circulate the air and do not cool it. This led to sweaty nights with this mama waking multiple times each night simply due to the heat. It’s honestly the only thing giving me pause from booking this unit again. The views are GORGEOUS. The host was AMAZING. The unit has been updated and is clean (apart from the random bugs which we assume came inside due to the heat and rain). We would recommend this unit in cooler times of the year 10/10.However, if you have trouble sleeping in the summer due to heat, then either bring a solution of your own or be prepared to face the heat come night fall.

Family beach fun

Almost perfect!

The view from the balcony was incredible. Also the balcony was covered and shaded by trees so it was never too sunny or hot sitting on the balcony. It was a cute unit and it was almost perfect for our sister trip. Unfortunately this unit has a significant roach problem and needs a professional exterminator. I’m sure this problem can be eliminated but not with just one application.

Small but Perfect

Location Location Location This is a typical vacation rental that happens to be waterfront…and on the 3rd floor, perfect! The 1BR condo furnishings are pretty dated but functional. It’s perfect for a couple. There are bunk beds for two kids or adults???, but there is no space to get away from each other.

Beautiful Ocean View At Hilton Head

Balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, which is top priority for us. The condo was quite small, but suitable for 2 adults & 2 children. There was really no inside table to eat at, but we usually ate on the table on the balcony (which seated 2). Property needs a little work -- both folding closet doors were off their tracks, and the dishwasher didn't seem to work (couldn't get it to turn on). Also, there were a significant number of roaches -- I killed a dozen the first night, and a few more around the sink every night when we returned & turned on the lights. All in all, we had a pretty good trip -- location is wonderful & the beach is perfect.

Spring Break Vacation

The view is beautiful. If you are over 50 the bed is definitely not the best for comfort. There is currently a problem with roaches in the kitchen so don’t leave any food on the counter.The host reports an exterminator has been contacted.

Beach / Ocean view Beautiful. Safe/ gated condo community. Nice high top table/ 2 high chairs on outdoor balcony. Too many corridors/ double doors to enter to gain access to condo. A lot of stairs if you choose to not utilize the slow elevator. Bug problems in kitchen. Needs a larger TV in bedroom.

Great view but not worth the detractors.

Awesome location, gorgeous view and straightforward check-in directions. However, the properly is poorly maintained. Cabinets are missing handles, the garbage can has been broken for months based on other reviews, there were only two coffee mugs total and one k cup. There is laundry advertised in the listing but no detergent or dryer sheets provided. Worst of all there were many bugs in the unit when I returned from dinner. Communication was okay leading up to the stay but I inquired about both the detergent and the bugs and never heard back. There are much better places with similar views.
