Perheemme on ollut lomalla Hilton Head Islandilla yli 20 vuotta. Näiden vuosien aikana olemme luoneet unohtumattomia muistoja, kuten kalastusta, delfiinien katselua, kävelyä / pyöräilyä moniin upeisiin paikkoihin. Loistava paikka rentoutua ja nauttia upeasta rannasta. Olemme pysyneet Breakers-yksiköissä useaan otteeseen. Se on ylivoimaisesti yksi suosikkikohteistamme, kun yöpyy täällä. Mikä tekee Breaker's Villasin erilaisista kuin muut, on lähellä ruokailua, ostosmahdollisuuksia, viihdettä ja rantaa. Muutaman lyhyen askeleen koko pysäköintialueelta löydät upeita ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia, ja muutaman lyhyen askeleen vastakkaiseen suuntaan astutte kauniin Atlantin valtameren vesiin.

Monien vuosien jälkeen tilaisuus esitti itsellemme perheemme ostaa jonkin näistä merenrantakylistä. Emme voineet kävellä pois mahdollisuudesta tehdä yksi näistä omasta.

Meidän huvila 236 Breakers sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa ja näkymä merelle on täysin henkeäsalpaava. Elämässämme on ollut vähän kokemuksia, jotka vertaisivat perhelomille tällä rannalla!

Kutsumme sinut ja perheesi käymään ja luomaan omia muistoja. Voimme helpottaa päivittäistä, viikoittaista ja kuukausittaista vuokrausta. (Snowbirds ovat tervetulleita). Yritämme hyväksyä kaikki kohtuulliset pyynnöt. Tarjoamme 25% alennuksen kuukausivuokrasta. Kuitenkin vain viikkovuokraus hyväksytään ensimmäisestä huhtikuusta syyskuun loppuun. Kaikki muut vuokrapyynnöt otetaan huomioon.

Jotkut mukavuudet ovat: allas, uusi pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, kaapeli-tv, vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet, lautaspyyhkeet, uusi liesi, uusi mikroaaltouuni, uusi jääkaappi, uusi astianpesukone, uusi leivänpaahdin, kaikki uudet astiat, uudet huonekalut, yksi king-size-vuode ja yksi taitettava vuode sänky ja kaksi ilmapatjaa.
Tämä huvila on saanut hyvää palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Coligny Beach. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

Location, location, location!

This condo is great. Across the street from Coligny Plaza so you can walk to dinner and shopping every day. Love sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. This was our 3rd stay here for our annual Spring golfing trip and we hope to return next year.

Beach front, beautifully decorated, great location condo

4pm Checkin was communicated - however we arrived at 12:30 by UBER after traveling with a layover and had nowhere to secure our luggage!Asked the cleaning ladies after 3pm if we could put our luggage on the deck until they finished - had some communication later with the owner who mentioned it was ok! (No one was at the security office, that we could find)The ONLY issue we had! The condo was perfectly decorated stocked with anything we would need upon arrival very clean Coligny circle is a few steps from our condo The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean.The free trolly transportation is nice & we easily UBERED to several dinner locations. We enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head

Would Book Again

This property is exactly as the photos depict. So after you've scrolled through them, you should need to look no further. It is clean, well equipped, and perfect for walking the beach again, and again, and again! As a second story unit, you have a great view out to the ocean and the beach. Additionally, with a gated beach walkway, there is an extra level of security and privacy. Parking was never an issue with a private lot and a security station. It is convenient to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. However, a short drive will broaden your horizons for restaurants and a "must visit" bakery, The Hilton Head Social Bakery. If you need an outing for early dinner, head to the Old Oyster Factory Restaurant.Definitely a location worth rebooking each time you visit South Carolina.

Truly Wonderful

We have stayed at this clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated villa now four times, and will be counting the days until we can visit again. The view of the ocean and location to Coligny Plaza cannot be beat! A true gem.

Beach Bliss

Don and Mary Ann were incredible to work with including a last minute schedule change. Their home was beautiful down to the last detail. They even included some holiday decorations since we were there during the holiday period. The condo was immaculate (and that is from a clean freak). They provided starter packs for everything and made the home more than welcoming. The view was amazing and location cannot be beat. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and cannot wait to return to this home full of beach bliss. Thank you Don and MaryAnn!

Great location and place to stay

This was perfect for us. Nice view out to ocean, tastefully decorated place, plus walking distance to stores and restaurants. More than 2 people may feel cramped as some families need space, however there were supplies to accommodate more. Thanks for providing such a great place to stay during our time there.

Fantastic location with gorgeous view!

Fantastic location at Coligny Plaza steps from so many restaurants, shopping, groceries, live music, parks, biking paths and right on the ocean. Parking was always available and check-in and out was a breeze. My husband & I really enjoyed our stay!

Oceanfront Condo

We have chosen Breakers for the last three years - each year a different Condo. This wonderful Oceanfront condo has been our favorite thus far! The owner and property manager made it feel like home for the week we were there. It was so cozy, so clean, and the view was unbeatable. During our week stay, we had half beautiful and half rainy weather. We were able to kickback and relax in the condo during the rainy weather. One of our favorite things about Breakers is the location. Can’t beat the short walk over to all of the shops, food, and bars. We will be back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. Great view of the beach and quiet despite being tucked into a busy area. The condo has all the necessities you would expect along with being clean and up to date. You can tell it is being taken care of well. Location is very convenient to all shopping and dining needs. Love this condo!

Wonderful condo with an excellent location on the beach. Across the street from Coligny Plaza so you can walk to dinner and shopping every night. View of the ocean from the deck is gorgeous. This was our second stay here and I'm sure we'll be back.

Great getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described! The view of the ocean from our balcony was amazing! Shops and restaurants are all right there within minutes of walking. A Perfect Stay!

We just got back from spending a week at this beautiful condo. Within the first 15 minutes we had a knock on the door from a manger with the cleaning service checking to see if we had any issues upon our arrival. We found the condo to be extremely clean, well taken care of and well appointed with everything we needed. The communication and follow-up from the owners was great with making sure our check-in went smoothly to thanking us for our stay and wishing us safe travels on our way back home. With this being our first time to stay at HHI i reached out to the owners for a list of places to eat/dine. Don got back rather quickly with a very comprehensive list of places depending on what we was in the mood for. The condo and its location was perfect for our stay but the interaction with the owners is what separated this place from others in making us feel welcomed during our stay. Daryle & Nila
