Guests enter Harbour Town Haven by entering the front door of the three-story villa. Once you enter the front door, you will find an entryway that connects to the half bathroom, den, garage and staircase to the upper floors of the villa. On the second floor you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen, guest bedroom and hallway bathroom. On the third floor of the villa, you will find the two suites - the primary suite and the queen suite.

NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises. Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot.

Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
