I chose an apartment instead of the hotel room and it was beyond my expectations. Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean and fully equipped, and. There are shopping malls and convenience stores right nearby. I will definitely come back for a longer stay. Thanks to the host!!

This property should not be called Luxury. Yes it was located in the Landmark 81 which is a luxury apartment complex. The overall look itself of the apartment was nice looking. But when you look closely, the bed was poorly used and sinking while you're sleeping in it. We woke up with sore backs. Wifi did not reach into our master room. It was only working when you're in the living room. Even poorly rated hotel had faster wifi service. As were out of towners and thats what we relied on. We only booked this for the convenient of our family of 8 members traveling to ho Chi minh city. The photos showed pool and gym. It in fact does not include, as we found out later on with the check in staff.

The property is an apartment, not a hotel. So, there will be no breakfast, no gym and no pool despite what the advertisement shows. This is really the only reason it is getting marked down. The place is clean and the communication with the renter was fine, all text based. The areas is new so its quiet, modern and near a mall and parks.

The worst services ever

Found the location after 1 hours wonder around. There were no way to contact the property owner. The security person helped us to contact her. There were no instruction prior to get to the rental location. After checked out 2 hours the owner contacted me and said I haven’t paid. I told her I had to check my credit card first when I landed to the new city. They kept texting and calling me and told me they will put our passports copy on social media to threaten me to pay immediately. I had to ask a friend to pay for them via money transfer in Vietnam since I couldn't do that if i am a foreigner I have been travelled for 30 years and staying at different hotels and house/ apartment. This is the first time I have to deal with this problem.

Good place but misleading description

The apartment was good overall, with nice views and convenient layout for 2-bedrooms. However, the description of the apartment was not accurate; the apartment was supposed to have 2 king-size beds and a twin sofa-bed, but in reality it was 2 twin-size beds and just a plain sofa (bedding not included). So, misleading with false information.
