Nice and comfortable

Nice place. Overall comfortable and quiet. Good location. It was a little difficult getting into the elevators at times if a guard was not present. It is secure though. Elevators were very fast and quiet. There was some mold behind the bathroom sink on the caulking. Needs to be treated. I'll go for a larger place with a better view next time. This was very nice though.

Family stay

I rented 4 units. All can use some updating. The most expensive unit had major issues. Bathroom shower leaks, the master bath did not have shade, toilet paper holder was missing. Maintenance was there the next day. The most inconvenient is entering the doors to the elevator. We had to wait for someone else to enter or exit who was a resident in order for us to go in. Security guard would not open for us. Informed the property manager and was told to call her when this happens. By the time I call someone already there to let us in.
