Its a OK stay

it was OK, the room is nice, the breakfast is good, but not a lot of variety. There are too many groups tour around the hotel. The elevator sometime takes a while to go to the floor.

Fantastic stay, fantastic hosts fantastic all rounder. From the moment we arrived, greeted with drinks. Too early to get to our room, but was allowed up to relax around the pool to swim, drink and eat. The infinity pool is amazing, with great views on the top floor and fresh towels every day to use. Breakfast included every morning and complimentary waters every day when the room is made up. My wife received a complimentary special birthday cake for her 50th birthday - on there Independence Day and that was extra special. All the staff were super helpful, opening / lifts, carrying the luggage & greeting us with a smile and saying hello every time you walked past them. Lee Tran son from concierge sat with us and helped us book a day trip to the beach. It was a perfect day. – Dash Was communicating with us throughout the whole day to make sure our day was perfect and if there were any issues to let him know. Our driver was fantastic. I could highly recommend – Lee train son, dash and our driver to coordinate a special car to take you out for your special day. Food and drinks are amazing and are all very reasonably priced. We stayed on the 12th floor and had a balcony, good view. Streets are great to walk down and we felt very safe. lots to see and do locally. Markets closed by, lots of chemists, tailor made shops, a family mart and circle k all within walking distance. Over all perfect place to stay, no issues , highly recommended you to stay at Lavila.

This is the 3rd hotel we’ve stayed at in Vietnam at a comparable price point. La Vela was far the best! Service is outstanding, rooms immaculate and modern and has great restaurants in the hotel itself. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, best we’ve ever seen with tons of options and complimentary iced Coffees made at the bar. Rooftop swimming pool is huge and the bar has great selection and very good food. Yes the pool has some tiles missing but does not detract from the amazing experience. The complaints about elevator waits is over blown, only once did we have to wait more than 5 minutes (and that was at checkout time). The hotel has 280 rooms and 4 elevators which is sufficient. Great overall stay and we would certainly come back to La Vela.

Great pool, great gym, great rooms, great breakfast. Same breakfast everyday so you will get tired of it during the 2nd or third day. A 10-20 min drive to district one depending on the actual traffic. But Grab is cheap so it’s ok. Over all o love this hotel. Very nice and very clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious too. Not too many things walking distance FYI. But like I said it’s grab (uber) is cheap. I would stay here again. But if you want to stay and walk all over district one then I recommend you look into district one.
