Mistake was changed after first night

We get to the property at 12:30 AM after over 20 hours of travel. The person we were supposed to meet to give us the key fob sent us a message at 12:15 AM saying there was a problem with our unit and that we had to go to a different apartment complex 2 streets away. We found out that someone else was put into the apartment we had paid for. The apartment he moved us to (we didn’t get to bed until 2 AM after trying to get things fixed) was okay, but it wasn’t what we paid for. At that point, we were exhausted and spent the night in the “wrong” apartment. After a few messages in the morning after getting some sleep, we were moved to the correct apartment that we had reserved and paid for with many apologies. It was by far a much nicer apartment and what we were expecting. The beds were very firm and hard. The facilities were very nice. Great location to get to any places in the city.
