Front desk staff was not friendly, however the dining staff were very friendly. All day dining is advertised from 0630-2200. We tried to dine at 21:15 and they had already closed for the evening. One of our wash rags had small faint brown stains on it prior to being used yet we were charged for it. When trying to check out we were told to have a seat to ensure we had all of our belongings, but really they had someone go search the room for any damages and came back with a picture of a wash rag saying they can't launder it so we must pay. The room was clean, however the city view we paid extra for was an unsightly dilapidated building. There are a few bars/restaurants within walking distance, but not much. Next time we will be staying in district 1!

This was/is probably the cleanest, most well maintained, and professionally staffed hotel I have ever stayed in...and, I have been a lot of places. The housekeeping staff is far above average, and the maintenance staff is outstanding. I wish I could give more than five stars. Well done!!!

This place has a kitchen and microwave and a washer and dryer and the rooms are large and an amazing value. They have a pool in an excellent gym which I’ve never bothered go to because I was too busy out riding grab motorcycles around SGN (highly recommend- was never on a motorcycle before and it feels like you’re in a motorcycle gang when you ride around to various places in the city). Would return anytime and I will miss it

The people that work at the hotel are very eager to make your stay a wonderful experience. They are always friendly and provide good suggestions for activities to do in the local area. The hotel is located a good area if you don't want to be in the middle of a tourist location and yet close enough to walk to nice restaurants, stores, and bars.

An oasis in the city! The staff are warm and incredibly kind, the hotel is super clean, new and well appointed! The cleaning staff should be highly praised because cleanliness is a priority for when I book hotels and the rooms are fantastic! The gym, pool and the sauna’s are amazing. The room service or poolside service has been absolutely delicious! The location is close enough to district one for some sightseeing! The Grab is affordable. Big thanks again to Minh, Thang, An, Hoang, Cuong from the pool and Tri from the restaurant!
