This is our second stay here, and I left a review the first time, but had to leave another to say once again how friendly and helpful the staff are and lovely to be welcomed back. A very comfortable bed and quality bedding make for a good night's sleep. Spoiled for choice with the number of eateries within close proximity. We will be back.

Staff is attentive and professional. Although they miss out cleaning my room when I called them they apologise and immediate do the clean up and offer to send me a complimentary airport transport when I check out. That’s empowerment to the staffs . Well done

Nice lobby, very central location with a short walk to many places, just about 20 steps away from the Japanese district. Great night life as well. What stands out though is the staff, everyone from the doormen, the restaurant manager, front desk to the ladies that clean the room...great service and helpful people.

Small hotel located in a very convenient area. The staff is super nice and attentive. Every single staff went above and beyond to help. Rooms look recently renovated. The roof terrace is quite small. The afternoon tea is nice. I have great experience here overall.

Room was very clean, comfortable bedding. Room was not exactly as shown when booking. Many different types of family room with the same price. I was looking for a walk-in shower as shown in the pictures, but got the room with bathtub only.

Originally booked this hotel due to close proximity to pediatric hospital. My son had a fever the night before we left for the USA and so we needed to get quick access to the hospital if the fever worsened. We checked in at 2300. The front desk still had 2 workers there and there was two bell staff. They unloaded our luggage from the taxi and brought the luggage to our room. It was a very quick check in process and they got us to our room within 5 minutes. Within the hour of checking in, our son's fever worsened. One of the male hotel bell person walked us to the hospital. Upon getting to the hospital gate which was about a 2 minute walk, we noticed the gate was locked. The bell person was able to ask the people around the locked gate and he found out the entrance was at gate 5. He even offered to booked us a grab. My son got discharged from the hospital around 0130. My brother and I decided to walk the streets around 0230.Most businesses were closed but there were still plenty of restaurants opened. It was near "Japan Town" and so most of the food was Japanese. We ordered food from a Japanese restaurant that was opened 24/7. We returned to the room and ate. Room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. Mattress was very comfortable. My brother was able to sleep on their couch. Fast forward to the next day, I asked the front desk about late checkout. The female staff at the desk allowed us to check out at 1400. Thank you S. Sil for your great hospitality.

The room was quite compact but comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good location for what we wanted with plenty to see and do within walking distance or a short ride in a Grab or Taxi. We used the Grab app which was very easy and convenient.

The Best Boutique Hotel Group in Vietnam!!

This was my second stay at a Silverland Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. I decided to try a second Silverland hotel, within the same neighborhood. I was immediately upgraded, unexpectedly. It was a nice gift! the room was very spacious and very clean, as well as the entire hotel. The restaurant is beautiful, along with the lobby as well. The best part of the entire trip was the staff and the service. The service is genuine, very professional and super on point. Some of the best service I have ever had. I loved them all! They made my trip! Thank you again everyone!
