This is a once in a lifetime chance to experience living in a 200 years old loft unit built by the convicts for the army officers circa 1827 in the heart of it all. The unit has a narrow colonial staircase leading up to the room. The sloped ceilings help achieve its cozy setting. 10mins drive to Hobart International Airport. 30minutes drive to Hobart City Center, and 1 hour to Port Arthur. A few minutes' walk from major supermarkets, many restaurants, pubs, and antique shops.

While the building is full of character, the stairs to the loft are dangerous for older folk as there is no hand rail. Everything else was lovely. Please for your guests safety put in a handrail.
