I stayed at the Water Edge room. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable to sleep on. Quiet at night. The free parking was a plus for overseas guest who rented a car and less hassle looking for parking. Hotel staff are friendly and attend to your request asap.

I accidentally booked the Motor Inn. It's very aged, doesn't have an elevator and the hallways smell very strongly of some kind of air freshener or carpet deodoriser. Aside from that, it was quiet, the bed was comfy and overall I had a good night's rest.

We mainly went to the bistro for dinner and breakfast for the 2 nights we were there plenty to choose from and the king deluxe room was great the bed itself was very comfortable and you have a choice of pillows you just call housekeeping and they’ll bring up a different pillow type Will definitely be back one day

It’s our first visit to Tasmania. The staff that checked us in was very professional and accomodating. We arrived early but room wasn’t ready. We didn’t realise that we had booked the outside property- Motor Inn. He gave us option to upgrade our room to be inside the Casino and a room was available. Thank you kind Sir at the front desk. We truly enjoyed our visit to Hobart. So convenient to everything. Only downside is knky one mict is working. We will recommend and stay here again.

The food quality and variety were excellent. Comfortable bed and beautiful view of the harbour from our room window. The only downside was that our room was not cleaned till about 3 pm and we had put out the please clean room sign out in the morning. Reception gave an incorrect advice when we enquire. Management said that they will address this with the staff. Will definitely stay at Wrest Point again when next we visit Hobart.
