Everything was good except the part where they will they will take your credit card details and when u will checkout they will deduct money if anything goes wrong or if you use Which was bit inconvenient With our experience we got charged for a water bottle which we never used but it's alright we didn't complaint cause whole experience was good Please check the pricelist of everything before using thing like bathrobes or etc cause they charge for that as well which isn't normal like 110 for 1 bathrobe quite expensive

Was a lovely view out of the window. Staff were great, friendly. Mattresses are uncomfortable though, both sides had great body caverns in them, and hurt my back considerably. Hard on backs when this happens. I ended up perched on the middle of the bed for any comfort. Why 4 stars not 5!
