Terrible facility

This place was terrible. 2 elevators, one not working. Breakfast was terrible. Much noise during the nite. HVAC? Barking/whining dogs. We were put on the "pet" floor w/o any notice. Around 3 a.m. someone was in the hallway yelling to "shut that door". Do NOT tay in this location if you have a choice.

Extremely clean and new property with very convenient access to I-40. Staff on-site was extremely friendly. The only thing they need to improve upon is responsiveness. They did not answer their phone when I tried to reach them on multiple occasions. They also did not respond to texts on the number they sent to me at check in.

Room lighting is different, no ceiling light. Shampoo and conditioner dispenser were a big disappointment and bad enough to discourage me from booking with La Quinta in the future.
