We arrived and were greeted immediately. Checking in was smooth! Our staff person answered our questions and offered local suggestions. The room was spacious, CLEAN and well appointed. We really appreciated the organizational items provided. We used most facilities and all were wonderful! We especially appreciated the large common areas and easy pool access. We had a fantastic stay and will be back!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I will certainly continue to stay here when in town, but I just wanted to note a few things: no body wash in the shower dispenser, streaming services not working on the TV and the parking lot wasn't plowed so I walked through lots of ice and slush. Overall, still a great place to stay for my work trip needs.

Although the property was built two years ago, it’s in the shape of a twenty year old hotel. The breakfast is worse than a fast food restaurants. The front desk staff were kind, but kindness doesn’t always get the job done best. We were excited to stay here again as our first stay was wonderful a year ago. We won’t be back unfortunately after this visit.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff was so friendly and accommodating for our family including our little pup, pool and hot tub were a hit when we weren't at the lake and the breakfast was a nice touch as well. We will definitely stay here again!
