Summary:
Howdy, ya'll and welcome to the Buckaroos Bungalow! This cowboy themed home will bring a fun light to your Branson getaway. Let the young'ns dress up as cowboys in the upstairs bunk room or head to the basement game room where the kiddos can challenge each other in air hockey, pool, foosball, Pinball, or even an old school arcade! The living room has an amazing VIEW of TABLE ROCK LAKE and this home sits just 10-20 minutes from all the Branson activities you will want to enjoy!

The Space:
Walking into the home you'll be greeted by vaulted ceilings and COZY COWBOY decor! Sink into the leather couch in the living room and enjoy the BEAUTIFUL VIEW of TABLE ROCK LAKE out the 9 foot picture windows! There is plenty of room for your whole crew to gather in this open living space or gather around the kitchen table for a card game or a home cooked meal! The chef in your group with love that the KITCHEN is FULLY STOCKED with anything you might need to cook up all your favorites!

For those in your group that don't love stairs, there are two bedrooms located on the main level. The primary suite features a beautiful king bed topped with 3 inches of memory foam for the most comfortable night's sleep and down alternative pillows for luxury sleeping. The primary's attached bathroom features a walk-in shower, separate jetted tub, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2, also on the main level, boasts of a king bed as well and has a hallway bathroom just outside it's doors.

Head on up the stairs to a loft area for extra living space as well as two more bedrooms and a bathroom! Bedroom 3 up here boasts of vaulted ceilings, TWO twin over full bunkbeds, and some COWBOY ATTIRE ready for your little buckaroos to dress up and imagine their adventure! There is also a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo and Bedroom 4 has another king bed!

Then downstairs on the lowest level are two more bedrooms, each with a king bed, a hallway bathroom, and a home game room to rival all home game rooms! Yours kids will have a blast playing air hockey, pinball, an old school arcade game, foosball, or challenging each other on the pool table!

Relax outside in your own PRIVATE HOT TUB or cook up some s'mores over the outside FIRE PIT! The neighborhood pools, playground, and clubhouse are just two homes away, so a short convenient walk! You will love everything about this unique Branson home!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities including two outdoor pools just up the street (open seasonally), the clubhouse, playground, and walking trail! We also have TWO KAYAKS at the home you all will be able to use during your stay (after signing a waiver).

The Neighborhood:
Branson Canyon is a beautiful little vacation neighborhood conveniently located just 10-20 minutes from all the Branson activities you will want to enjoy! However, Branson Canyon offers plenty for your group to do by just staying put! The neighborhood has not just one pool but TWO POOLS just 50 yards away from the house. They are open during the summer months (mid-May to late September). For those who have difficulty with stairs, the ZERO ENTRY to the pool makes entering the water oh-so easy and for those looking for adventure the second pool features a POOL SLIDE!

For kiddos needing to burn off some energy, the KIDS' PLAYGROUND will be the perfect spot to hang out or go for a walk on the neighborhood WALKING TRAIL through the woods! Access to TABLE ROCK LAKE is just 1/4 MILE DOWN THE STREET where you can enjoy the view or do some fishing! You will also have access to the neighborhood clubhouse with a large living area and another pool table!

Getting Around:

If you have a boat or trailer, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located right across the street from our neighborhood where you can set up plans to store your boat, trailer, or jet skis! Then a public boat ramp is just 2 minutes down the road making water access a breeze!
If you need to rent a boat, the State Park Marina is just 8 minutes from our home! Then Bent Hook Marina and Bass Pro Shop’s Long Creek Marina are both only 15 minutes away! Everything is so close!

NEEDING MORE SPACE??
We have several other homes in the neighborhood! Book more than one to accommodate your large group!

If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
