We had a wonderful time at the beach. The house was clean and well equipped and we loved the quiet location and easy beach access. We enjoyed being so close to the shops and restaurants in Topsail Beach. The owner was very responsive to questions.

Good Little House in South Topsail

We had another great week in Topsail Beach, NC! This house is in a great location, and the access is right across the street. Other houses do use the access, which wasn’t mentioned in the description but overall wasn’t an issue and was never crowded. The main issue with the house was the master bedroom and lack of air conditioning in that room. We used fans to keep cold air blowing from other parts of the house into the master, but even this was not sufficient to cool it down like the rest of the home. The main door to the home (the one with the key to open/lock when you enter/leave) is located in the bunk bed room, which was a little funky and parents visiting with children should know that the main door to the home is located in that bedroom. It was nice that there were two living rooms in the home, and the television is located in the upper living room. My husband found a lot of shark teeth at the beach in front of the home, which was great. Overall it had a lot of amenities and was more than adequate to house our family for the week at the beach, but the AC in the master needs to be fixed.

Great Location

Great location, beach access was right infront of the house. House slept 3 adults and 6 kids from 2-15 no problem! We were very satisfied with our visit! Beach in the area was also much quieter than I expected and the sunrises were beautiful!

Family Vacay with uninvited TS Debby

Our family enjoyed our short vacation at Topsail. We loved the beautiful, not crowded beach. The private beach access was great for our grandkids. The home was very “kid friendly” and had the perfect layout for kids to play separate from adults. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare all meals. Definitely the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever stayed at. My husband, daughter and granddaughter enjoyed riding the bicycles, which were a plus!! Overall our stayed was great and we were so sad that we had to leave 2 days early due to the approaching TS Debby. We would definitely stay again at this lovely home! Thanks so much for sharing it with us.

Great Topsail Visit!

We loved our stay in this sweet home! Everything is well kept, and well appointed. The two separate sleeping and living spaces were a bonus as well. The huge bonus was having the private beach access right across the street! We would definitely stay here again!

Last beach trip hurrah

We had a great stay! Rich was extremely accommodating, quick to respond and we had everything we needed for our mini vacation! The beach access across the street was extremely helpful for trips back and forth to the beach with little kids! Topsail was a great place for our last summer beach hurrah!

The pictures of this property do not do the actual property justice! It is so much nicer and bigger in person. There is a private beach access right across the street. Just a wonderful place to stay!

Home Away From Home

Wonderful stay at this very clean, modern, comfortable home. Just steps from the beach!! I. We loved reading and relaxing on the front porch, with views of the dunes and ocean. My daughter and I enjoyed running on the beach and in the neighborhoods. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking fresh fish from Lewis Fish Market. Restaurants and ice cream are just 1 mile away. The home is far enough away from the touristy flavor of Surf City, but just a short drive to get to SC's activities. Bicycles could use some maintenance and we would have liked beach chairs. But an outstanding experience overall! We'd love to come back. Thank you!!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful beach

We had a great stay at Rich's beach house. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and one 4 year old. We even had an extra bedroom we didn't use. The bathrooms were clean and a good size, we loved sitting out on the covered front porch (we had a bit of rain on our trip) and the living space inside was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a good size and had most everything we needed to cook our meals. Rich was so helpful before, during, and after our stay, especially when a certain favorite stuffed animal was accidentally left behind, he had it sent back home to us. Very good at communicating for check-in, was available for questions. We didn't have many since the house is so well stocked with everything you could need. The house is right across a quiet street from the beach. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. It was relaxing and easy to just walk back home if we forgot something or needed to go in for lunch. We loved our time here in Topsail and we'd love to come back and stay again.
