If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a stunning setting then this is the property for you. From its elevated position Plas Diwedd commands amazing sea views which have to be seen to be appreciated. Whether you are having breakfast in the kitchen, lounging in the conservatory or dining al fresco from one of the two patios, this property will give you views to remember.

This lovely spacious house is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and only a short stroll to the beautiful sandy beaches of Rhoscolyn and Silver Bay. The popular White Eagle pub and restaurant is only 20 minutes walk, and the newly built restaurant at Silver Bay is only just 200 yards from the front door. Trearddur Bay is approximately 3 miles away. All three beaches are sandy.

The property has three good sized bedrooms. The main bedroom looks out to sea and all three bedrooms have a hand washbasin. The family bathroom with toilet has a bath and a separate shower. There is also a bathroom with a shower room and toilet.

The lounge provides plenty of comfortable seating and has a flat screen TV with Freeview, and a DVD player. Leading from the lounge is the conservatory with absolutely stunning uninterrupted views out to sea.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has French windows opening out on to a sea-facing patio. Most of the appliances are new including a double oven cooker with an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher. A separate utility room provides a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The property has central heating. WiFi Internet connection is provided free of charge. Ample off-road parking is available at the front and is easily accessible. The enclosed garden provides plenty of room for the children to play.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used linen: duvet covers, pillow cases (not pillow protectors), sheets (not mattress protectors), towels and bath mats in the laundry bags provided.
If you have a dog please ensure you have bagged any dirt in the garden and put the bags in the general bin.
Lock all doors and windows and place the 2 sets of keys on the rack in the kitchen. Use the key in the key safe to lock the front door, return the key to the safe and turn the dials to hide the code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Keys must be returned to the key rack in the kitchen at the end of the stay. Lost keys must be reported. A charge of £10 per lost key will be made.
Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture.
