I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible.

Wonderfully Perfect!

Truly an amazing hotel. Service was perfect and space was clean and well maintained. No expenses spared for guests comfort and and beautiful experience. Food quality and tastes were world-class. It was excellent. The design was strong, the property was safe and clean. Perhaps less glamorous and refined than we normally expect of a St. Regis, but good. Whilst the staff is just slighty stuffier and less bilingual - this is HK - than other St. Regises, the design and intention to quality service shined.

The rooms were large, beautiful and squeaky clean. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good and diverse. The only slight negative is that the hotel sits at the intersection of two very busy roads so you have to use overpasses to reach truly "walkable" areas or the MTR. I would definitely recommend staying at St. Regis.
