Newly renovated, this stylishly furnished condo features carpet throughout and Pergo flooring in the bathroom and kitchen along with all new appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops. Beach chairs and towels are also included – perfect for enjoying a day on the golden shores of Honokowai Beach Park, just a 6-minute walk from your front door.

ABOUT THE CONDO

You'll find a welcoming, tropical vibe and plenty of space to unwind in the condo’s open-concept gathering area.

Curl up on a queen-size sleeper sofa in the sitting area, then pick out a movie on the 42” flat-screen TV.

Dark wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances bring contemporary style to a brand-new kitchen. A two-person breakfast bar offers a casual spot to chat with the chef while dinner simmers.

Next to the sitting area, a glass-top dining table seats two.

Catch the ocean breeze on your private lanai, surrounded by lush foliage and just steps from the shared pool. A ceiling fan will keep you cool, while an overhead light will have you enjoying drinks and dining at the four-person table long after sunset.

As evening falls, claim the living room sleeper sofa, or head to the master bedroom and unwind on a California king bed. This bedroom also has a sliding door closet for guest storage.

Nearby, a full bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and stylish dark wood vanity.

Condo extras include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a communal washer/dryer, and parking for one car in the parking lot. Although this condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Hawaii’s pleasant tradewinds.

The home is conveniently located near popular attractions like Kaanapali Beach, Lahaina Front Street, Napili, and Kapalua Bay

Walk just over 6 minutes to Honokowai Beach Park for picnics and gorgeous sunsets along this golden stretch of sand.

Stroll 10 minutes to rent fishing, snorkeling and diving gear from All About Fish. Or hop in the car and head 10 minutes to arrange whale-watching tours at Maui Paddle Sports. Just 15 minutes inland, epic hiking trails wind through mountain scenery in West Maui Forest Reserve.

After a day of activity and adventure, walk less than 10 minutes The Fish Market Maui for a delicious meal. Head the same distance for Pan-Asian takeaway at Okazuya & Deli Honokowai. Be sure to sample the fresh flavors of Hawaiian cuisine at Hula Grill Kaanapali. This local eatery has a great beachside setting and it’s just a 9-minute drive from home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). What a delightful location! Everything about this condo was perfect. The view and sound of the ocean brought enjoyment and relaxing vibes. The pool was a rally point and a refuge from the sun. The other guests, including sea turtles, we pleasant. Our unit had everything we needed for a fun Maui vacation. Five stars across the board!

We loved the turtles that would come to the front of the condo every evening, we loved the easy parking, the clean laundry room, we loved the sweet touches like yummy chocolate and coffee, we LOVED the mattress, we loved the sunsets, we loved the lanai, we loved the bbqs and pool, we loved the lush gardens we loved all the beach gear in the patio closet!

Great view. Great location.

We loved our stay here and would gladly come again. It rained over the majority of our stay and it was a cozy place to be during the heavy intermittent showers. You can see part of the ocean from the lanai but if you walk out near the pool there is elevated seating to have a better view. It is located near some of the bigger resorts with several of our favorite beaches. There are many local mom and pop shops for good food and shopping. Thank you to Vacasa and the owners of this property for sharing a little piece of Hawaiian heaven with us.

Worst Vacation ever.

During our stay the elevator next to us was being renovated. In addition a close by condo was being remodeled. We had constant jack hammering and garbage carts loaded with carpeting and furniture being wheeled right outside our window. We could not hear ourselves speak.This was every day except for the weekend. Management did offer to relocate us to an eighth floor condo a few miles away but due to mobility issues this was not feasible.

Everything was great except for lack of AC

The unit was clean and there’s plenty of things that were provided that was just nice to have such as beach equipment! Property was clean and pool area was a great place to cool down on the warm days. -1 star due to the lack of airconditioning and curtains for the glass doors. Nights were uncomfortable due to the heat, even with ceiling fans in every room and the two extra box fans on. Lack of curtains meant worrying about being seen through the glass doors to the pool area. We just felt a bit exposed. It’s a good property to stay at, just need AC and curtains :)

There are a bunch of water/beach supplies in the outside closet to use that were very convenient and allowed us to save money by not having to buy them on our own. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic and appliances/bathroom are renovated which is a plus. Kitchen is fully stocked, so it's easy to cook in. The poolside propane BBQs work well. The patio has a nice view of the pool and the ocean, even for being on the bottom floor. You are able to see the ocean while sitting in the bed! The unit is in a great location. Super quiet and just a few miles north of Lahaina. They have more than enough linens/supplies for a party of two, which was great since we were there several days. Hosts responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. We'd def stay again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Coming in we noticed an unpleasant smell in the air. When we discovered that the bedspread smelled like one in a cheap motel that wasn't washed for a few months, called TKVR, were told someone would bring a clean one, got clean sheets the next afternoon. "Enhanced cleaning" left dust on surfaces, and broken glass on the floor which my wife found the hard way, OUCH. Cleaning fee $214. View out was of the pool area with a patch of ocean in background. View in unimpeded by curtains. "Premium" refrigerator had to be held closed by bungee cord. Our guest wouldn't sit on couch until it was covered with a towel. DISGUSTING! "Not responsible for injuries to guests". Beach and restaurants not close.

A very tired condo!

The condo itself was great, easy to find and access. The furnishings were adequate at best. However, there was no shampoo or hand soap, consequently we had to go out again to purchase these items. We were unable to access any television and had to contact your local representative who did sort it out. We then found we had no access to Netflix. That too was rectified. The sofa bed was unmade and of the sheets that were there, only one fit the bed so we used a larger one as a top sheet. The sheet that did fit was threadbare and torn. I believe it should have been made up with decent bedding for our arrival. We were there for 12 nights with no change of towels, bed linen or cleaners. We would have thought there would have been at least a change of bed linen and towels. The condo was not clean, the couch, I think was original to 1970 and was not comfortable. There was very little cutlery, and cracked and chipped glasses. We feel that we paid a reasonable price for our stay, but there was very little effort put into looking after your guests or the condo. Having stayed in a number of VRBOs in Europe and Australia, we found this very disappointing.

Great place to stay.

We had an amazing time staying at Hola Ona Loa. 5th time in Maui and will definitely return to this building. Pool is great and a stellar view from the sun deck.
