Wake up to breathtaking lake views and spend your days lounging on the private dock, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or tying up your boat after a day on the water. After a refreshing dip, unwind in the large sauna or gather around the lakeside firepit for s’mores and storytelling with a view.

The cabin sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably across 3 cozy bedrooms and includes 1.5 bathrooms. Inside, you’ll enjoy classic cabin vibes with warm wood finishes and a cool retro wood-burning fireplace at the heart of the home. It’s the perfect place to curl up with a book or simply enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the forest.

For those blending work and play, high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected while enjoying your natural surroundings.
The fully stocked kitchen features everything needed to prepare gourmet meals, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. Grill up dinner on the gas BBQ, or take out one of the two kayaks to explore the sparkling waters of Lake Cushman.

Tucked among the evergreens with a secluded, almost treehouse-like feel, Lakeside Retreat is both peaceful and perfectly located for outdoor adventure. Hike nearby trails, explore Olympic National Park, or spend all day on the water—your retreat is waiting.

- Parking: There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars alongside the street in the gravel area next to the street. Note: No street parking is permitted.
- Guest Access: The entire home is included in this rental.
- Guest access will be granted via a door code.

Additional Info About the Home:

-During Fall & Winter months, please note that there might be snow. We recommend having an AWD SUV with snow chains on hand during these times. We get more snow than you might think, so be sure to check the forecast!
-Roads are plowed, but we cannot guarantee they will be plowed.
-Laundry: Guests will have access to the washer and dryer during their stay, and detergent will be provided.
-Some outdoor furniture is stored inside during cold months. Gas Grill and outdoor dining table are available year-round.
-Please note that our property is not child-proofed and has a lot of stairs. Adult supervision is essential.


House Rules:

- Must sign a rental agreement upon booking
-The HOA strictly enforces quiet hours between 10 pm-and 8 am.
- No Parties or Events ($500 fine). 6 guests maximum is strictly enforced. If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you. Although we are on a large wooded lot, we have neighbors to be considerate of.
- No smoking of any kind anywhere is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas.
- Use of the wood fire pit is prohibited during any burn bans. Guest will be responsible for any fines incurred for burning during the ban.
- Due to our API connection and liability, we must have a signed Rental agreement with a copy of your driver's license at the time of booking.
- There is a $500 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damage is reported.
- Please review the Rental Agreement for all home rule specifics.
- There are three exterior cameras to monitor the property entry points for liability and ensure all house rules are followed.
-Lakeside Retreat is our family cabin, and we ask that you treat it with respect like you would your own home.

Fees, Pricing, and Booking:

- The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests when booking. Maximum Occupancy is 6 adults.
- We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
- We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at the time of booking to protect your stay.
- One complimentary date change if your check-in date is over 30 days away. No date changes are allowed otherwise.
