The space

Loosen up your mind body and soul at this home surrounded by nature along with the many amenities, bringing you a memorable experience to last for a long time to come. Multi levels are apparent with this to create separate spaces for the guests to enjoy, making it the perfect blend of beauty design, and nature. Tira doesn’t just offer a stay, she offers an experience. The home is designed for the ultimate relaxation and retreat with the tranquility of gardens and a woodland setting. We are located just 8 minutes from Congaree National Park where you can hike over 30 trails, view the fire flys and kayak with a 15% discount code. Amenities are easily managed by your host as you can rent a kayak or paddle board and full breakfast menu is offered at 20$ per person. For our guests who enjoy the art of cooking a fully stocked kitchen is offered, comfortable bedding with 1 queen size and 2 full size comfy beds and a full walk in rain shower. For the extra guest a L shaped couch with a pull in ottoman offers an additional sleeping arrangement. Guests can unwind after a day of exploration with a flat screen TV, movies and a open roku stick. Host lives on the property feel free to stop and say hello you will find her and her service pup Vito amongst the trees continuing to maintain the property. The property supports video monitoring through ring.. and ADT. There is a home monitoring emergency system in the house by the front door it is white. This device powers the cameras and has emergency buttons for fire police and ambulance, that is all it does, it does not monitor the inside of the house. DO NOT UNPLUG IT. Dogs are to be crated when left alone in the house.



Guest access

The house is open to your needs and wants. 2 bedrooms. 1 with a queen size bed and 2nd bedroom has full size bunk beds and a couch that turns into additional sleeping space. The TV has a roku stick and wifi provided. There is a ring camera. The house has an upper deck offers seating and outdoor eating with a fire ring and a charcoal grill. Wood is provided for you at $15 a bundle. We do not allow outside wood to be brought in. The downstairs deck has a outdoor bathroom that is shared with the bohemian vintage camper guest. If you would like to use the downstairs entertainment area there is an additional fee for full privacy. Events are allowed however there is a per person price (depending on the event). Pets have a fee per pet per stay for cleaning. We partner with Carolina outdoor adventures for a guided kayak tour ask us for the discount code. We also partner with AA blueberry farm and offer coupons.



Other things to note

We allow the property to be used for events. Pricing varies depending on the event and needs of the clients. Prices are per person. The downstairs deck may be rented at additional fee for entertaining or just privacy. There is a charcoal grill provided for cookouts. We offer single kayak rental and paddle board rental. We do have laundry service that is done by the host due to a commercial washer. It is 7$ a load for anyone staying under 4 days. Our guests who book 4 or more days it is free, however laundry still must be done by the host. We partner with AA BLUEBERRY FARM and you can pick your own blueberries right up the road ask about the coupons.



Pets are not permitted on furniture under any circumstances.

This includes beds, couches (including the couch), chairs, and all soft furnishings. Evidence of pet hair, stains, or damage on furniture or bedding will result in additional cleaning or replacement fees.
