The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place furniture back in it’s original place if moved.
All bagged trash should be thrown in dumpster and placed at curb for Friday 7am pickup
Place thermostat to cool at 78. Turn off all lights and close all shutters.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Any party held on property will be assessed an additional $1500 fee smoking and pets fees are $500 each
Home is nestled in a cul de sac so parking is limited to 4 spaces .
Any unopened food and beverage items may be left for donations to our local shelters.

Great House for Baseball Family

We stayed here while our son participated in a local baseball tournament at Snowden Grove Baseball Complex. House was clean and property manager was AMAZING!!!! Couple things to note- coffeemaker was drip and K cup; kitchen is a tad on the small side but we didn’t cook a ton so it was great for what we needed; beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. Would recommend staying here!!!

BEWARE! Do NOT stay here AT ALL COSTS

We planned on having a family weekend in Memphis and rented this place for one night. The host NEVER gave us the code to the door lock after multiple attempts to call, message, and text...even customer service couldn't get in contact with her. We collectively traveled over 800 miles to meet in Memphis, and we even had a baby in our group. We had to find different accommodations for the night and pay another cost out-of-pocket. Highly disappointing experience and do not recommend that anyone stay at this property in the future.

Could not put the dirty linen in laundry room because laundry room was locked. Tried to reach out to owner but never got a response. No answer to my message and no answer to my call or voicemail. Also it was very cold weather but there is no way to get a comfortable temp in the house. Either too cold or too hot. Will not stay there again.

Great home close to Memphis

My family had a quick weekend getaway to Memphis. (Early Christmas present for our older kids and their families. Big Elvis fans!!) The house was perfect for all of us 8 adults and 2 small children. We had plenty of space. Owner supplied plenty of towels and household essentials. We even had a goodie basket for us. Would highly recommend!!!

Best place to stay hands down!!

We loved our stay in Horn Lake!! The house was huge and had enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac so we didn’t have to worry about any of the neighbors bothering us. The house was gorgeous inside and out with plenty of room for our party of 10. We will definitely be staying here again when we go visit Memphis in the fall!!
