118 m2 Holiday idyll close to water and nature

Lovely and modern home of 118 m2 with space for relaxation and socializing. There are two bedrooms and a large living room with 2 extra beds with good mattresses.

In one bedroom we have set up a children's bunk bed and there is also a baby bed available, 9 sleeping places, which makes the home suitable for both family and friends.

However, it is not in the pictures yet.

Changing table, Golf putter, Bob game and lots of board games, sandbox and trampoline have also been purchased.

The garden is fenced so your dog can run free.



From the house there is only 300 meters to the water. Here you can enjoy fresh dips, walks along the coast or peace at the beach at all times of the year.

There is a sea kayak, a touring kayak and two sit-on kayaks available in the house.



The location provides easy access to experiences. Aarhus city center is 25 km away, and Ebeltoft can be reached in 30 km. Both cities offer culture, restaurants and cozy streets with shopping and café life.

Djurs Sommerland and water & wellness in Randers are also an option about 25 minutes by car.



About 10 km from the house is Mols Bjerge National Park. The area is ideal for hiking, cycling and nature experiences, where the hilly landscape, forests and views of the sea create the setting for active days in the outdoors.



The holiday qualities in the surrounding area are many. The beach invites you to swim in the summer, but also winter swimming for the healthy. The coastline is ideal for fishing or kayaking. The surrounding landscape offers small roads, cycle routes and markets in nearby villages. The combination of nature, culture and short distance to cities makes the place attractive all year round.

With us you do NOT have to bring wipes, cloths, washing up tablets, spices, flour, sugar, what are basic things and can be used freely.
