We have installed an adjoining door between our two units. If you have a larger group, rent both of them at the same time! The other unit is VRBO # 1123181. Take a look!

The units are extremely similar so pick the one that suits you best, or rent them both (they are adjacent) for a larger family or friends getaway to Horseshoe Bay.

The unit has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and is a three story town home.

^^First floor^^: Serene bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Beautiful water front views from your bedroom. Lots of privacy as the two other bedrooms are on the third floor. The first floor also has a large covered patio with seating area and dining area as well as a two car garage with kayaks, a SUP, fishing rods and an assortment of lifejackets.

^^Second floor^^: Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry, Dining Room and 1/2 bath. Wall of windows with amazing views of the lake and the marina. Cozy fireplace for visits during cooler times (the lake is constant level and gorgeous year-round). Covered balcony with al fresco dining, and loungers.
The living room sofa is a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress. It is perfect for overflow sleeping or snuggling up for movie-watching. We have tons of board games and puzzles and plenty of books. Great for ditching screen time and reconnecting!

^^Third floor^^: Primary bedroom with king Tempurpedic bed, en suite bathroom with shower, and large closet. Door to third-floor balcony for peaceful mornings. Second bedroom with a Queen Tempurpedic bed and twin bunk beds. Door to third-floor balcony - amazing views! Across the hall is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

~~About the lake~~:This part of the lake is a No Wake Zone and is a quiet cove. It is shallow - plenty deep enough for an inboard or IO boat, but only about 3 feet deep all the way across the cove. We are just past the Horseshoe Bay Resort Marina so we get to watch the boats slowly go out throughout the day and come in during the evening, but there is virtually zero boat traffic in our part of the cove. It is peaceful, the water is calm and it is a GREAT place to kayak, SUP, fish, play water baseball, float around on a lilypad.

We have plenty of lake toys for your use:

+ Life jackets (from infant to XXL)
+ Basic fishing equipment (the kids love it, it's not for the avid fisher, I'll admit)
+ Adult Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP)
+ Junior SUP
+ 1-person adult Kayak

==About the dock==: The docks are available for your enjoyment and you can moor your boat or personal watercraft overnight. We recommend putting in at the public boat ramp at LBJ Marina and storing your trailer there while leaving your boat moored at our docks. Also, there are a few area boat rental places that are open to the public and will deliver a boat to you.

Children are welcome. The stairs are set up in such a way that you could bring two baby-gates and any crawlers/toddlers would be confined to the main floor.

+++Things to Know+++The kitchen is well-stocked with a fairly good variety of spices as well as oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper. Feel free to use what you need, just let us know if you use it all up so that we can be prepared for our next visit.

We have linens and towels for the bathrooms as well as lake towels. So no need to fill your suitcase with bulky items. We also have a washer/dryer so you can pack even lighter!

The unit has fast WiFi (we worked, schooled, and ZOOMed here for a year!) and TV can be enjoyed through our Smart TV which has Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and similar apps. We do not currently offer traditional cable.

We spend a lot of time at Horseshoe Bay Heaven, so please feel free to ask us any questions!!

We rented both units (3 & 4) and opened the common door to be able to flow between them that gave our group 6 bedrooms. Beautiful lakefront setting right next to the resort's floating pool. All supplies, linens and towels were provided. Excellent communication. Thanks!!

They have down a great job on the remodel. Very well done. The location outstanding! My family grew up on this lake and this is a great place to stay if you want to experience Lake Life. We enjoyed it so much we are booked it again in June!!!

Perfect Family Getaway

This condo is in the best location in Horseshoe Bay! The calm water was so nice to swim in and utilize the lily pad and kayaks. It's also walking distance the marina and hotel. The owner is super quick to respond to any questions. We had a slight hiccup with the gas grill and wifi and she solved the problems immediately. I would highly recommend and would love to return!

Bday Weekend for my Daughter

Our family had a fabulous weekend! The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kiddos. Major pluses were the boat slips for us to keep our pontoon and jet ski at for the duration of our stay and the large, quiet, shallow cove that our kids thoroughly enjoyed paddle boarding, swimming and fishing in. We will absolutely be back to this property!!

Loved this property!

Absolutely perfect for our group of six adults! The entire unit was clean and very comfortable, with the vibe being casual and inviting. The bedding in all three rooms was comfortable and lovely. The middle floor was open and great for group meals, hanging out, and nightly game playing. The unit was stocked with of games and puzzles for groups of all ages. Loved the balconies on the main floor and off of both of the upstairs bedrooms – along with the patio and the pier, great places to watch the amazing sunsets! The paddleboard, the kayak, and the Tiki Toss challenge on the patio made it all so fun! The resort is a short walk from the unit. It has a Starbucks, a Zen Garden, exotic birds (mornings, weather permitting), turtles and beautiful wildflowers. The community surrounding the resort was quiet - great for morning walks. Marble Falls is close by with a huge grocery store and many restaurants. We went to Bear King and Wingman Brothers BBQ - enjoyed them both. We went into Austin one evening - very easy to get in and out of. One couple went a second time and thoroughly enjoyed the nightlife! Patricia was wonderful to work with! She answered my multitude of questions promptly and with a genuine eagerness to be helpful. All of her suggestions were great! We’ve all stayed at many VRBOs and we agreed this was one of the best experiences we’ve had! Thank you, Patricia, for making us feel so welcome in your home!

Fabulous Location and Beautiful Property

My family and I have stayed at this location multiple times. Being on the lake and having morning coffee on the dock and watching beautiful sunsets in the evening are some of our favorite things. The property is so comfortable, updated, fully stocked, etc. We absolutely love it there! We rented the adjoining property at the same time and loved having six bedrooms. The interior doorway connecting the two properties was great maki g it one big house. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for a family getaway

Me & my husband, along with our 6 adult children had not been all together in 2 years! We finally were able to all fit in a weekend and this was the perfect place for fun and togetherness. It’s right on the lake and all the water “toys” were included at no extra cost. The home was roomy enough for all of us and very well-appointed. We cooked all of our meals (for 8 ppl) over the weekend, and had all the cookware, utensils, spices, etc that we needed. The refrigerator had an ice maker, and there was plenty of pantry room for groceries. We enjoyed the grill as well and spent plenty of time outside out on the water and on the patio. The rooms had smart TVs we could sign into for inside downtime and they had just about every board game you can think of! There is 1 bedroom/bathroom on the ground level, then the kitchen, livingroom, dining room and half bath are on the second floor, and there are 2 more bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed waking up to lake views each morning. The host is exceptional and was above & beyond helpful. We all had such a wonderful, peaceful, fun time together and would recommend this place to anyone.

Quiet cove in great location

This home was awesome for a weekend with my grown kids and their girlfriends. It would also be great for a family with young children. It is in a quiet cove so you don't have to worry about boat/jet ski traffic AND it is perfect for paddle boarding. There are restaurants close by and a great kitchen, making meal time easy.

Great Place!

Beautiful condo right on the waterfront, lots of balconies and a spacious master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for our group. We rented a boat and docked it right out front. Very convenient. Hosts were great, would highly recommend!
