The Hot Springs Happy Place condo is charming, stylish, and updated. You will find this space super clean, relaxing, beautiful, secure, and conveniently located. Easy access, one step to enter and exit. So no toting luggage up and down stairs.

The primary bedroom has a King size bed, spacious closets, 55 inch 4K HD TV, and a glass patio door entry with views of the lake. The primary also has a dressing area and a full bathroom attached.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, spacious closets and a 42 inch 4K HD TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway between the living room and second bedroom.

The couch is a sleeper sofa. Extra pillows, linens, and blankets are supplied in the master bedroom closet.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven and range, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and ice machine in freezer.

A washer and dryer is available for your use inside the condo.

The living room has picturesque views through the large windows and sliding glass door that accesses the covered outdoor patio. There is a 65 inch 4K HD TV over the fireplace.

Roku streaming devices provided on all TVs allow access to YouTube TV (including live horse racing on TVG network), Netflix, and many other streaming services for your TV viewing pleasure.

The patio deck area provides plenty of seating to sit back, relax, and take in the amazing scenery. There is a gas grill on the patio for barbeque as well as a charcoal grill near the swim dock.

The condo has a gated main entrance and keypad lock on the door for your safety and security. High-speed Wifi internet and free parking are included (2 car maximum in condo complex). Additional parking is available in shopping center parking lot at the condo complex entrance.

We request that you keep the noise to a minimum and follow the parking rules to respect other guests and tenants staying at Chesswood Condominiums. Quiet hours are between 10:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M.

Parking includes 1 parking space in front of condo entrance for unit 1D, and 1 parking space for a guest. Each car (2 maximum) are required to display parking tags at all times. No trailers allowed in the complex parking lot. Additional parking up the hill at adjacent shopping center.

The condo entrance is ground level. One step to enter and exit. The complex parking lot is sloped. There are steps going down to the lake, swim dock, and boat dock. There are steps going up to the pool area. The shared swim deck is a few steps away and a swimming pool for anyone staying at the condo.

Other things to note:
Parking rules are strictly enforced. Boat slip NOT included. No pets. No smoking indoors. No fires in fireplace. Breaking house rules may result in additional fees.
