Kitchen is fully equipped with all new kitchenware. Private balcony to relax and watch everything from soaring bald eagles to deer. Cozy rental in a small, quiet set of condos. Perfect to retreat to after spending the day in Historical downtown. Spas, Oaklawn Casino and horse racing, Garvin Woodland Gardens, Hot Springs National Park are a short drive. Perfect for groups of 4 or less and min 2 day stay. Quiet bedroom community with park like setting. Golf and small bar and grill just inside gate entrance. Tennis, frisbee golf and large neighborhood pool. Bring your fishing boat (message for details), bikes or kayaks and access boat launch in Lake Catherine State Park next to this gated community. Beautiful location!

The location could not be beat! Lake Catherine was amazing. It was a beautiful drive to get to the location and we felt like we were tucked away in the trees overlooking lake Catherine. It was close enough for a fabulous trip into Hot Springs and other points of interest.
