A beautiful home on Ponce DeLeon Golf course. Spacious layout with lots of glass overlooking the 12th green. The home has been upgraded with LVP throughout the home with carpet in the bedrooms. Spacious living room area with two comfortable sofas and large HDTV. There is a formal dining room with table for 6 and an eat in kitchen area with table for 4. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the covered deck. There is a jetted tub and a walk in shower in the master bathroom. There is a guest bedroom with king bed that overlooks the golf course. Each of the bedrooms have a smart HDTV with wifi provided throughout the home. There is a large garage with ping pong table. There is a covered deck with furnishings. Serene, peaceful home that truly is your getaway vacation home.
