CASA LAGO - LAKE FRONT TOWNHOME w/ SPECTACULAR Views w/boat

BEAUTIFUL Lake DeSoto 2 level townhome. Enjoy spectacular views of the lake from the master bedroom, living room and large upper and lower decks overlooking the lake. Visit Face-book "Lakefun at Hot Springs Village AR" for more information and pictures and videos. There is a 3 min video of the property to give you a feel of the accommodations.

***PETS ACCEPTED on case-by-case basis with prior approval. $75 per pet fee applies. Maximum of 2 pets ($100 total for 2 pets for the extra cleaning and house treatments we do after each traveler with pets) .

Four to six guests can stay in comfort in this updated home with a well-stocked kitchen, 2 large downstairs bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) , 1 1/2 bathrooms, full size washer/dryer. Living room boasts a 65 inch Smart TV with cable tv, Blu-Ray player. Master bedroom has 55in Smart TV, cable, Blu-ray player, etc.

Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the large top deck while enjoying the spectacular views of Lake DeSoto, or just relax on the deck furniture or simply enjoy grilling on the BBQ (charcoal or propane). Three (3) kayaks and a paddleboard are available for guests as well as fishing poles and light tackle. The lower deck offers water access for swimming, boating, kayaking, or fishing the well stocked lake. For large family events, you can rent our other townhome, right next door to this unit.

I also offer a 20ft Pontoon boat for guests to rent ($175/day which includes your fuel) if they choose to (qualified boat operators only with a signed waiver and hold harmless agreement)

This town home is located only 3 miles from the desired West entry to Hot Springs Village and nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping (WalMart, Village Ace Hardware, various dining locations, etc.). Its approximately 16 miles to historic Hot Springs

While in the Village you can play the 9 fantastic golf courses, enjoy the many hiking and bike trails, fishing, and water sports. Lake DeSoto has the Waypoint Marina with boats, kayaks, canoes and paddle boats for rent and a restaurant. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center available with an indoor pool, massage therapist, and many classes to choose from. There are 12 clay tennis courts and nearby pickle ball courts. Let’s not forget the Village’s two very nice beaches on Lake Cortez and Lake Balboa!

If you’re looking for adventure outside of the Village, go to nearby Hot Springs for horse races at Oaklawn Park and gambling, see the historic bathhouses, visit art galleries or visit Lake Hamilton.

This property is 13 miles to Lake Ouachita and Ouachita National Forest where you can rent a boat and fish or cruise the largest fresh water lake in Arkansas (a gorgeous 40,000 acre lake). The Lake Ouachita area offers swimming, beautiful beaches and abundant walking trails. Lastly, why not bring your motorcycles and take a motorcycle ride up the famous Scenic Biway Highway 7 for some incredible views in the country. Rent this beautiful townhome and come on in for a visit!

Pets are on a case-by-case basis with a $75 pet fee (max 2 pets with a $100 total pet fee). Please, no smoking indoors.

Great Place, great location

Excellent experience and very welcoming. Extra clean and everything worked like it was supposed to. William was very helpful and available. Lake location is perfect with a large cove and well maintained dock. We will be staying with William again.

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lago. The location on the lake is great -- easy access to crystal mining and hot springs, and plenty to do with fishing and kayaking without having to even leave. The house has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

Summer Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our time at Caso Lago! For reference we have two boys, ages 5 and 3. They had an absolute blast and were sad to leave. The Lake House was stocked well and very clean. We were able to paddle board and our boys enjoyed jumping off the deck on the first floor. Our only complaints were the master bed—the mattress was too soft for our liking and the sliding door leading to the balcony on the second floor does not stay latched. This was a slight safety concern with us having two young boys. Overall, we would love to book here again and enjoy this beautiful property. You will not be disappointed!

Lake front getaway with old friends

My husband and I, and my best high school friend (from the 1970's!) and her husband booked three nights at Casa Lago for a time to get together and reconnect. Our stay was wonderful. The lodging is extremely comfortable and well-equipped. We fished right from the back lower deck, and we brought our own tandem kayak and boated around the lake every day. There were plenty of kayaks provided, but my husband and I enjoy going together on our own. It was a perfect setting for catching up with old friends!

Father's Day weekend getaway

My sons and I loved our stay here. They used the kayaks daily and thoroughly enjoyed them. Fishing was not good but that could be time of year, heat, or any other factor. Was still great to be on the water and able to fish right from the back patio. We grilled hamburgers outside on the charcoal grill and they were amazing. Gaining access to the property was easy. Just had to show checkin / checkout dates & times to the west gate. We golfed at Desoto course with a morning tee time on Father's Day. Turned quite hot but we still had a great time. Wi-Fi was spotty. It dropped every now. Absolutely loved staying here. Would love to come back to the same place with my wife in the future.

Amazing time!

Our family had such an amazing time in this property! We enjoyed having the lake right out the back door and the fact that the rental comes with life jackets, floats, kayaks, and fishing gear. Communication with the owner was easy and he was available if there was an issue. He checked in on us a couple times during our stay. Have recommended this property to family and some friends. We definitely will be looking to stay again in the future!

Vacation of a Lifetime!

Perfect lake house

We didn’t want to leave! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We kayaked and fished off the dock every day. The neighborhood is amazing and located a half hour from so many attractions. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Great little getaway

My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay immensely! The place was spotless and seemed well stocked with helpful things like board games, pots and pans, and floats and kayaks. There are two grills and the view is beautiful! Safe, fairly secluded neighborhood. We’ll be back!

Great Place

Had a great stay with family! The boys loved being right on the lake, would’ve been a whole lot more enjoyable if we’d had warmer weather. Beautiful location

We had a great time with our family of five. The apartment was clean, had a good kitchen, and the decks had beautiful views of the lake. Our kids loved using the kayaks and stand up paddle boards that the hosts provided.

Loved our stay!

We had a great time, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place was spotless, and just like the pictures. I love staying in Hot Springs Village. It’s quieter, the whole vibe is very chill. And if you want to go into Hot Springs- it’s only 20 minutes away. I’m so impressed with this condo. We will definitely be back!!
