Fantastic views of the sunrise and Houghton Canal lift bridge to the east & Lake Superior sunsets to the west.

This is an ideal location for boating and water sports from the private dock in the summer (June-September). Kayaks & Canoe are provided. Or enjoy a winter wonderland full of activities during snow. Both downhill & cross-country skiing trails are close by, and snowmobile trails are across the street.

The home sits on almost a full acre of waterfront (Houghton Canal) property that is wooded, very secluded, and private. This property has three (3) levels with bedrooms and full baths on each level, a separate indoor sauna, gaming and private bar/tavern room with gorgeous local artisan wood working. More custom woodworking awaits in the full chef's kitchen, laundry, and Keweenaw Stone/Copper fireplace in the main floor great-room.

The description said that the house was across the street from the Snowmobile trail, which was correct, but you could not get to it. He had to drive down the road down the shoulder to get to the entrance for the snowmobile trail.

Our stay was fantastic. The bathroom and kitchen set up was perfect for our large group. The view was spectacular. We loved watching the bridge. We had some very hot and humid days so the lower levels got quite hot.
