You might see or encounter natural eco system habitat around including, but not limited to birds, bees, wasps ,mosquitoes, spiders, ants, cricket, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, silver fished, rolly pollies, but to name a few. This creature reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do pest control regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs, however, we cannot control mother nature. Therefore, we do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

There will be no refunds provided due to:
1. Failure in shared amenities (Pool, gym, public balconies, gate, elevator etc)
2. Encounter of mother natures creatures (Bugs, Mosquitoes, Racoons, etc)
3. unforeseen circumstances that result in the cancellation of the reservation or shorten of the reservation. We advice guest to get travel insurance for this
