Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash must be bagged, no loose trash in bin. Take all trash bags to trash bin on west side of property, behind fenced enclosure, right by ac unit. $50 trash bin cleaning fee, if loose trash found
Clean BBQ Grill if used. $50 BBQ grill cleaning fee, if not cleaned.
If manual key used, please return to lock box, by the front door. If you brought a pet, pick up all dog poop from backyard. $25 dog poop cleaning fee, if not picked up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
