The ac in the room was not working correctly. The mattress is old and had dips so my back doesn’t feel good. They gave me room 119 by the exit door to the parking lot , so every time someone went in or out we could hear . Did not get enough rest . The website said there was a shuttle but when we got there , they told us they didn’t have one for that day .😞 the breakfast said it was from 6am to 9:30 but at 8:36 am there was no food and the lady told us she couldn’t make anymore cuz she had to leave at 9:00 am 😔 customer service was bad . I did talk to the front desk about it but she couldn’t help us .

The staff was wonderful... but when we checked the first night at 7 pm for a weeks stay the room we booked had been given away. We were "upgraded" to a unit with a kitchenette but it came with a king bed. We had booked and needed two queen beds. We were moved the following day to a room with two queens but the first night was far from ideal. We spoke to the manager the final day of our stay and he gave us a whopping $13 off of our total bill. Once again the staff brought up that we had been "upgraded" the first night. Its not an upgrade if it give you one less bed for a party that requires and requested two beds. The hotel advertises a pool and hot tub. A staff member on site told us the were available to use. They were unusable. They were both in "operation" but filled with dirt and leaves. The hot tub was ice cold and clearly not being maintained. Breakfast was to be served until 9:30 a.m. each morning but closed down before then. Even the last day with what appeared to be an ownership group meeting there the breakfast closed down at 9:00 a.m. I even overheard the ownership group mention that the breakfast was open each day till 9:30. Numerous mornings we had to ask for more food to be brought out. The room we received the second night was great, the staff were kind, but it was clear that corners are being cut at the expense of their clients.

Decent hotel for the game. Area is Eh. If you stay the day before a game, they will charge you for parking there during game. If you stay after game, it’s free…. Wish tha was mentioned prior to booking.

Rooms were spacious , well kept and clean . And the location was so convenient for us. My daughter and I attended a Texans game that day and it only took us like less than 10 min to walk to NRG stadium . That was a big plus for us . Also staff was so nice , they allowed me to do early check in !! Awesome experience overall.

Not so courteous staff, a long line, additional fees for customers who have already traveled a distant and decided to utilize the establishment because of its close proximity to the stadium This is truly a form of price gauging, charging $50 for parking our second car.
