Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It was gross. The area around the hotel is awful. N the hotel looks terrible outside. It’s one with the doors that open to the outside, which is not a deal breaker for me, but not my favorite. The good was that it had been recently renovated so the rooms looked attractive. However, the shower curtain was stained or dirty, the bench in the room was stained, and I killed a German cockroach in my room. Which was just the final gross straw for me. Breakfast looked crappy, but I didn’t eat it after the cockroach incident. Stray cats and dogs were roaming the property, including a pitiful cat in the corridors. The other good thing I can say is that the front desk lady was very nice and got us checked in quickly. She had her child with her and I thought it was nice for them to let her have her child at work. It’s nice to see places support their employees in this way. But I will not stay here again thanks to the area and cockroaches in the rooms.
