Clean and comfortable room.

The room was kept clean. The staff was very helpful. I did not expect that there would be no elevator and have difficulty climbing stairs. But when I asked for a room change to the first floor the staff was very accommodating. The rooms looked like they had been newly renovated. The decor was restful. Maid service was very good.

Front desk staff very friendly. Beds were comfortable but sleeper sofa in the room was very worn and dirty. The area is sketchy but it worked for a quick one night stay while passing through.

First, there was no one to at the window to check me in. It took awhile for someone to show up even after I call the main phone number. The desk person showed up and was apologetic but somehow there should be a person available for late check in which we left a message about before hand. Second, the TV was not working in our room. We had to wait for the next day to get it work. Third, the breakfast was good.

Room was clean and they cleaned up when we were out of the room. Which was nice. However there was a person downstairs smoking weed and the smelled wen up through the vents into our room. That was hard bc I went to houston for a job interview and the last thing I needed was that smell on me. Other than that the staff was really friendly!

Overall it was an ok stay. They didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner , soap, or toothpaste so make sure you take ur own essentials the floor was a little dirty when we got there the walls are pretty thin we could hear someone running upstairs.
