Booked room, showed up to check-in, and the front desk asked if I could stop urinating in the bed. I live in California, and the last time I stayed here was over a year ago. Wont be back anyway, due to the rooms have gone downhill. Smoke alarm was detached from its' original spot, and I killed a couple of baby cockroaches.

We didn’t stay as we didn’t feel safe and would like a refund Even our Uber driver commented on the empire inn so we drove home and didn’t use the hotel for the night !!

Clean room, a/c unit was very loud, entrance lights flickered and not all bedside plugs worked. They need a better shower curtain since it doesn't cover it the floor was soaking wet making the floor slippery.
