Superbly located & newly renovated 3/4 bedroom bungalow in the center of Montrose mid-town Houston centrally located to everything! Our location is unbeatable - Enjoy the best croissants at Common Bond next door or delve into the hottest restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance!
Ideal for a group of 7 to 8 who want to enjoy the best Houston has to offer! Our spacious and well designed house. Events or parties ok with prior approval and fee.

Our house was designed with fun in mind! With vintage inspired furnishings and modern amenities - great for relaxing or entertaining.
There are 3 bedrooms: A King bed in the first bedroom, a Queen in the second and 3 twin beds upstairs. Additionally there is daybed in the sunroom which is great for napping! The kitchen is fully stocked with every type of cooking utensil and of course, a large drip coffee maker, almost everything you need to cook or reheat your leftovers.

This is ideal for family gatherings with a HUGE back yard and lots of seating. Parties are allow with prior approval and payment ahead. You may message me for details.

THIS IS NON-SMOKING AND DRUG-FREE PROPERTY.
EVENTS are permitted with prior notice only. More than a dozen people at the house is a party/event and we require a deposit.
Please note that this is a 2 STORY HOUSE. There is a staircase with about 10 steps without a handrail to the 3rd bedroom.
There are 4 steps to the front porch entrance to the house. **PLEASE NO PETS**

We are centrally located near Downton, the Texas Medical Center, all Sports Stadiums, Universities, Houston Galleria, Museum District, Heights area, River Oaks, and both Houston Airports. The best part about our property is its central location. You'll be close to most key destinations in Houston. Lyft/Uber are the easiest way to get around. Our location is unbeatable - enjoy the freshest baked goods right next door at Common Bond, or delve into the hottest restaurants, shops, and bars - all within a short walking distance!

Lovely home

We had a great time and it was easy to communicate with the host! Soooo many great places to eat within walking distance. The main road gets loud at night, but that didn’t take away from the quality of the home and friendliness of the owners.

Very comfortable spot in central Houston

This was our second stay at this property. The place has great space, comfortable beds and is outfitted with everything a family needs. It’s on a busy corner so there is loud music & loud cars - mostly only affects the king bedroom. Hosts are very responsive.

Excellent place!

Really great, clean place! The layout is excellent for a family. Bathrooms & showers are spotless! The towels are plentiful. The kitchen has everything you need. The loft was a great addition for our boys, ages 8 & 11. Due to the nature of the stairs, younger kids could not safely stay up there without a baby gate (the posting is clear about this). The back yard is great - with lots of space and a nice table to dine. The street noise & street lights in the front (king) bedroom are noticeable for a light sleeper - bring a sound machine. There is no hot tub, which was on the listing (but not in the pictures, so we didn’t expect it).

Great house and location!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was incredibly cute and clean, and the fully stocked kitchen made all the difference. Lots of extras (makeup removal wipes, feminine hygiene products, etc) and plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. It was nice having multiple hangout spots, and I did indeed nap in the sunroom. We were able to walk to plenty of places (even in the 110 degree heat), and always felt safe. The upstairs room is pretty stuffy and was definitely warmer than the rest of the house (note - we stayed during a heat wave). They have extra fans and it cooled off quite a bit at night, but it’s worth noting if the person staying there is sensitive to that. It was fine for us.

excellent house in Montrose near great coffee houses and restaurants

Best of Montrose and Houston. Same city block as Kau Ba, the Agora and Common Bond. Close to Empire Cafe and Brasil. A couple blocks from Hugo's. Great house.
