THE SPACE

The backyard has its own reputation — custom mural covering the entire fence, fire pit built for a group, green turf, outdoor dining for 6, string lights overhead. Groups have booked just for the yard.

Inside: galaxy projector sweeps color across the ceiling after dark. Framed MEN WALK ON THE MOON front page from 1969 on the wall. Cowboy hat and boots by the TV. Southwestern throws on the sectional. The Space Cowboy vibe is intentional.

WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP
Master: King bed, 12 inch mattress, rainfall shower, double vanity, reading nook, walk-in closet, private backyard exit
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 12 inch mattress, string lights, quiet end of house, ideal for night-shift schedules
Bedroom 3: Space Cowboy room — daybed (extends to quasi-queen), full desk, 4 windows, great natural light
Main bath between BR2 and BR3: Full bathtub plus shower
Bonus: Coleman queen airbed (rechargeable pump plus bedding included)
Pack and Play crib available for traveling families
Total sleep surfaces: 4 beds plus airbed. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

Stainless steel appliances, air fryer, Ninja blender, drip coffee maker. Full spice rack, pots, pans, utensils — cook an actual meal. Dishwasher. Dining table seats 6.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Woodland Heights — one mile north of downtown. 1920s craftsman bungalows, old-growth oaks, independent coffee shops and craft tap rooms on 19th Street. The kind of neighborhood people move into and do not leave.

EVENTS
Small gatherings welcome with advance notice — up to 12 people for birthdays, corporate meetups, casual get-togethers. Message us before booking.

PARKING AND ACCESS
Covered carport fits 2 vehicles plus 1 uncovered driveway space plus street parking on Cottage. Electronic coded front door lock — your unique code sent before check-in, no keys needed.

GOOD TO KNOW
Raised kitchen with several small steps (about 6 inches) — not wheelchair accessible.
Texas wildlife: mature trees bring bees, ants, mosquitoes, tree roaches, lizards, occasional opossum. Regular pest control maintained. This is a real house in Texas.
Upstairs studio unit is occupied separately — not part of this listing.

Come for the game. Stay for the fire pit.
We run a relaxed ship — just a few things that matter:

— Please respect the neighbors, especially late-night. Quiet hours after 10pm outdoors.
— Max occupancy: 9 guests
— Pets welcome — please notify us in advance. Breed restrictions apply per insurance.
— Parking: carport + driveway for this unit. Additional street parking available out front.
— Fire pit: kindling provided, please bring your own firewood for longer fires
— No smoking inside. Outdoor firepit area is the designated spot.
— If anything breaks, just let us know — accidents happen and we`d rather know
- Unauthorized guests beyond the booked headcount are not permitted. Any guests beyond those listed on the reservation will be charged $50/night per unauthorized guest and may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund.
